The skating treadmill is a great tool that allows the athlete to improve many areas of their game. Proper training on the treadmill can enhance endurance, strength, power, stride mechanics, and cardiovascular fitness. All of these items are used every second during an actual game. Our treadmill is 6 ft (72" depth) x 6 ft 8 in (80" width) with a 48'' puck handling deck, with a capability for a 30 degree incline. Our goal is to teach proper skating mechanics to ensure that the athlete has the best opportunity to improve their game.

Stick Handling Skills Training
We have the X tile system for puck handling skill sessions. This specially made plastic is made specifically for off-ice puck handling. We can provide private or group sessions for your convenience.
